The Company is an online music studio for kids offering online 1:1 lessons, group lessons, self-paced courses, and educational resources. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.

We collect personal information that you choose to give us, such as when you join a waitlist, fill out a form, register or enroll, purchase a product or service, or email us. This may include:

* Kartra, our marketing platform, which powers our forms, emails, and some videos. Kartra tracks page visits, form sign-ups, email opens and clicks, and video views so we can understand which content is most helpful.
These providers may combine this information with other information they hold about you, under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some states may consider sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising to be a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Sharing Information with Third Parties
The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as:

* Payment processors [e.g., Stripe, PayPal]
* Zoom (live online lessons)
* YouTube (unlisted class recordings shared only with enrolled families)
* Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, as described above)
* Website hosting providers (Showit and Cloudflare)
* Trained virtual assistants who help with scheduling, billing, and communication and are bound by confidentiality agreements
These service providers may use your information only to provide services to the Company and must keep it confidential.

Our programs are for kids, but our Site and forms are intended to be used by parents and guardians. The Company follows the principles of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and other applicable laws on children's data.
We collect information about children (such as a student's first name and age) only from their parent or guardian, and only to provide online music lessons, place students in classes, process registrations, and communicate with parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site, and we do not use children's information for marketing.
Live lessons may be recorded for studio records and for enrolled families to review, as described in our enrollment policies. Recordings are shared only as unlisted videos with families in the same class.
If you are under 13, please ask your parent or guardian to contact us instead of using this Site. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us personal information without your consent, or you would like to review or delete your child's information, please contact us. We will delete it promptly unless we are legally required to keep it.
External Data Storage
We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
Changes to This Policy
The Company may change this Policy from time to time, for example when our services, our data practices, or the law change. When changes are significant, we will let you know by emailing the primary email address you provided, by placing a prominent notice on the Site, and/or by updating this Policy.
