Live Group Classes for Kids

Our fun & engaging live group classes are hosted on the Outschool platform & are typically once per week for 30-45 minutes. They include a group of 3-8 students at a time & are held over Zoom.

Elementary General Music

Pre-K & Kindergarten

Join for a weekly ongoing fun & engaging music class for pre-k & kindergarten. We'll focus on folk songs & finger plays, steady beat, 4 voices, opposites (high/low, fast/slow, etc.), seasonal & holiday activities, and more!

1st Grade

Join for a weekly ongoing fun & engaging music class for 1st grade. We'll focus on folk songs, basic rhythms, solfege syllables Mi, So, & La, seasonal & holiday activities, and more!

2nd & 3rd Grade

Join for a weekly ongoing fun & engaging music class for 2nd & 3rd grade. We'll focus on folk songs, intermediate rhythms, solfege syllables Do, Re, Mi, So, & La, dynamics, instrument families, seasonal & holiday activities, and more!

4th & 5th Grade

Join for a weekly ongoing fun & engaging music class for 4th & 5th grade. We'll focus on folk songs, intermediate rhythms, the pentatonic scale, dynamics, instruments of the orchestra & band, genres, basic composition & improvisation, seasonal & holiday activities, and more!

Beginning Guitar

Join us for an 8-week course in guitar for the total beginner where we will learn beginner guitar skills through simplified chords, basic TAB songs, rhythms and strum patterns, and more!

Upper Beginning Guitar

Join us for an 8-week course for the next level of guitar for beginners where we will expand their beginner guitar skills through new chords and TAB, new strum patterns, fun songs, and more!

Intermediate Guitar

Join us for a 16-week intermediate course where we will expand our guitar skills by focusing on learning full chords, more advanced TAB songs, new advanced chords, and more!

Guitar Club

Join us for a weekly ongoing fun & engaging guitar class where upper-beginning guitar, intermediate guitar, & advanced guitar students will build and expand their guitar skills through new songs and/or concepts each week!

Ukulele

Beginning Ukulele

Join us for an 8-week course for the total beginner where we will master their beginning ukulele skills through chords, strum patterns, TAB, and fun songs through our weekly lessons + custom digital resources for practicing on their own!

Ukulele Club

Join us for an ongoing weekly fun & engaging class where upper beginner + intermediate ukulele students will continue to build on their ukulele skills through new songs or concepts each week!

GarageBand

Beginning Music Production Using GarageBand

Join us for a 4-week fun and engaging course covering the basics of GarageBand, music production, and song writing using your iPad or iPhone! We'll learn how to use & navigate the app, & will create 2 songs: one with loops + one with custom instrument recordings.

Intermediate Music Production Using GarageBand

Join us for a 4-week fun and engaging course expanding on our skills in GarageBand and music production with an iPad or iPhone by creating 3 different exciting projects: an Ancient Chinese piece, a 12-Bar Blues piece, & a Classical Remix piece.

What a fantastic class! Ms. Gettys is animated and friendly, patient, kind, and thoughtful. In addition to those great attributes, she is also skilled at classroom management.
